We run restaurants. This is what we run them on.
Before this, we ran them across a till, an ordering site, a spreadsheet and a notebook. The four never agreed, so somebody reconciled them by hand at the end of every night.
We wanted one thing that covered the whole business. Taking the order, cooking it, the menu behind it, the stock it draws down, the books at the end of the night, the people we hire, and the page a customer reads before they order at all. Nothing we could buy did that, so we built it and put every one of our restaurants on it.
That is why we call it an operating system rather than a till.
We still use it every service. When something breaks in the middle of one, it breaks for us too. That is usually how it gets found.
Then we opened it up.
We have not finished it. We learn something new every day, in our own kitchens and from the restaurants that have joined since. A system one restaurant uses only ever gets as good as one restaurant's problems.
So you are on the system we depend on. The same one we use, with no smaller version kept back for anyone else. It keeps getting fixed because we are still running restaurants on it, and it keeps getting better because the restaurants on it tell us what is missing. What you ask for is what we build next.

We are not taking new restaurants yet. Leave your details and we will email you when we are.
